         After being in this industry for 8 years I am very excited to be a part of Mary Renee’s Salon & Spa. Finding a place that allows a stylist to have a relationship with their guests ,tell them that you appreciate them and having a salon owner and staff that has dreams, goals, and standards  as high as myself was so important. I’m glad to say I have finally found that!

          I offer many services and unlimited color options, including a variety of designs for men and women utilizing clippers, scissors, and the razor.  I also specialize in pedicures, ear candling, make-up applications, body bronzing treatments & facials!              

I am currently enrolled in the Redken Specialist Program which will allow me the opportunity to pursue a position with Redken as an educator. This fall I am going to New York to take the Redken Color Certification exam to become a member of an elite group of colorists that will be recognized for their expertise and their commitment to excellence. I will also get my own personal profile on Redken’s website that will allow people to find someone with my expertise.

       Working here has been a great  opportunity for me.

I started here as an intern to expand my knowledge in the industry. I have learned new techniques with cutting hair and how to use different tools to create new, edgy effects. Learning new color lines to choose what best suites your hair type, different foil placements and adding dimension to your cut are all benefits to enhance your look. Also with color, I have learned ways to help nurish your hair with chemistry treatments. Chemisrtry treatments help put back the strength softness and protect the color in your hair. You will see visible improvement in the quaility and health of your hair with the first treatment.

                  I can also help you relax in our spa. Using Bio Elements skin care line, I will customize your facial and products  to best suite your skin type. I can service you with  a manicure or pedicure in one our spa rooms, where you can relax in privacy. Another spa service I can offer you is our Bronzing Treatment. It is a safe, instant tanning treatment that will leave you looking bronzed and beautiful!

                I love being a stylist because it is an art. Art has been something that has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It's my way of expressing myself, and I can use it everyday at the salon.

     After 28 years of being in the industry I feel I communicate openly and enjoy helping my guests find the style that they are looking for.

       Energetic, Confident, Dedicated to giving you professional advice as well as being willing to achieve your look is what I look forward to the most everyday. Margie’s energy and confidence has helped her stay with this career so long because she loves the challenges! Being a Barber stylist has added to my expertise of cutting hair with different tools and communicating with the male clientele as well. Advanced techniques, texturizing, and her love of knowledge is what makes her guests respond to her.

         I’ve enjoyed working with Redken products to strengthen my guest’s hair. Educating my guests on anything to do with hair and how to mend any problems they may have with their own hair is passion, It doesn’t matter whether it be fine & thin or coarse & dry… too curly… too straight… To get it in the best condition so we can apply our knowledge to get great results just comes naturally to me. Nothing’s too hard to do yourself as long as you’ve got the right tools!

        My passion for nurturing others was the magnetism that pulled me down the path of massage therapy.  Always looking for a way to comfort and heal, I found that through massage therapy I could actually provide all of these qualities to my guests in a peaceful environment. 

     As a massage therapist, I understand the importance of looking at each guest individually and tending to their specific needs.  I enjoy this diversity because it keeps each day new and exciting and often completely different from the last.  Currently I practice massage therapy at a rehabilitation clinic, where I assist clients who are dealing with or recovering from injury, and Mary Renee’s Salon and Spa, where I help to indulge guests in pampering.

    My specialties include Swedish massage, a rhythmic massage with a calming touch, Hot-Stone Therapy which melts away muscle tension with warm river rocks, and Chair-massage for those who can spare a couple minutes to relax either before or after a salon or spa service.
